Sinalco is a historic German soft drink brand, originally founded in Detmold in 1902. It is famous for being the oldest soft drink brand in continental Europe. The name combines the Latin words 'sine alcohole' (without alcohol), reflecting its origins as a fruit juice-based alternative to alcoholic beverages during the early 20th-century natural health movements.

Today, the brand is owned by the Hövelmann family (Hövelmann Group) based in Duisburg, Germany. While many soft drink giants are multinational conglomerates, Sinalco remains an independent family-owned entity in its home market. It operates globally through a licensing system, where local bottlers in over 40 countries produce the beverage using German-standard recipes and concentrates.
