Finlandia Vodka is a world-renowned premium spirit that stands as a symbol of its home country's natural purity. Originally established in 1970 by the Finnish state-owned company Alko, the brand was created to represent the essence of Finland through its sleek bottle design—initially crafted by the legendary Tapio Wirkkala—and its use of six-row barley and pure glacial spring water. The production process takes place in the village of Koskenkorva, where state-of-the-art distillation occurs, while the bottling is carried out in Rajamäki, utilizing water filtered naturally by glacial moraine that requires no additional chemical treatment.

Over the decades, the brand's ownership has transitioned from public Finnish ownership to global spirits conglomerates. In the early 2000s, Brown-Forman Corporation, the American giant behind Jack Daniel's, acquired the brand in stages. However, in late 2023, ownership shifted again when Coca-Cola HBC (Hellenic Bottling Company) completed its acquisition of Finlandia. This move integrated the iconic vodka brand into one of the world's leading beverage distributors, positioning it for further growth across international markets while maintaining its deep-rooted heritage and production base in Finland.
