Delverde is a premium Italian pasta brand founded in 1967 in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo, a region famous for its pasta-making tradition. The brand takes its name from the Verde River, whose pure spring water is a key ingredient in its production process. Known for using high-quality durum wheat semolina and traditional bronze-die extrusion, Delverde focuses on preserving the natural nutritional value and flavor of the wheat.
In 2019, Delverde was acquired by the Newlat Food group, an Italian agro-industrial company. This acquisition returned the brand to Italian ownership after it had been owned by the Argentine group Molinos Río de la Plata since 2009. Manufacturing remains concentrated in its original Italian facilities to maintain the authentic quality associated with its geographic origin.
