Gullón Biscuits

Gullón is a major international biscuit manufacturer with a deep-rooted history in Spain. Founded in 1892 by Manuel Gullón in Aguilar de Campoo, the company benefited from the region's high-quality wheat and proximity to the port of Santander for sugar imports. Over the decades, it transformed from a local bakery into a European industrial powerhouse while remaining a family-owned business.

The brand is particularly recognized globally for pioneering the healthy biscuit segment, having launched Europe's first wholemeal biscuit in the 1980s. Today, Gullón operates the Gullón II and VIDA factories in its founding town of Aguilar de Campoo, which are among the largest and most automated biscuit production facilities in Europe. The company maintains its independence and remains under the leadership of the Gullón family, with Lourdes Gullón serving as the chairperson.
