The packaging features an image of the fictional vampire Dracula, with his name written in large, red, blood-dripping letters. Over time, the term 'Dracula Piller' has become synonymous with the product in Danish culture, even though the packaging may no longer display the name prominently. The candies are popular in Denmark and Finland, and the brand has expanded its product line to include variations like Dracula Mega, Dracula Soft, Dracula Blod, Ghost (for the German market), Dracula powder, and Dracula lollipops.
