Casalforte Rosso Veneto is a red wine produced in the Veneto region of Italy, known for its structured and velvety character. The wine is crafted using a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Corvina grapes, with a portion of the grapes undergoing partial drying through the traditional Parziale Appassimento method. This technique imparts intense fruit concentration and aromas of dark berries, chocolate, and dried fruit to the wine. The Casalforte brand is owned by Collis Heritage S.p.A., an Italian wine producer formed in 2023 through the merger of Cantine Riondo and Casa Sartori 1898.
