Läkerol is an iconic Swedish brand of pastilles founded in 1909 by Adolf Ahlgren in Gävle, Sweden. Originally marketed for its soothing effects on the throat, it has evolved into a global confectionery brand known for its distinctive 'A' logo.

Today, the brand is owned by the Dutch-headquartered confectionery giant Cloetta, which acquired the brand through various mergers involving Leaf. While the brand has deep Swedish roots, most production for the international market, including these pastilles, currently takes place at Cloetta's manufacturing facility in Levice, Slovakia.
