Bouvet Ladubay is a renowned producer of sparkling wines located in the Loire Valley, France. Founded in 1851 by Etienne Bouvet and his wife Célestine Ladubay, the winery has a rich history of producing méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines. In 1933, the Monmousseau family acquired the company, merging it with their own still wine-producing firm. Under the leadership of Patrice Monmousseau, the winery experienced significant growth, nearly quadrupling production in the first decade. In 2015, Patrice Monmousseau and his daughter Juliette Monmousseau founded Ogmius Capital, which facilitated the buyback of 100% of the company's shares, making Bouvet Ladubay fully independent. Today, the Monmousseau family continues to oversee the winery's operations, maintaining its legacy of quality and tradition in winemaking.
