Today, L'OR is owned by JDE Peet's, a global coffee and tea powerhouse headquartered in the Netherlands. The company was formed following the merger between D.E Master Blenders 1753 and the coffee division of Mondelez International, and later merged with Peet's Coffee. While the brand has a French heritage, its manufacturing primarily takes place in France to maintain the high standards associated with its gold-standard roasting process. In Australia, the brand is managed under the JDE Peet's local subsidiary, ensuring its presence in major retail outlets.
