Black Magic is a British brand of boxed chocolates introduced in 1933 by Rowntree's, a company based in the UK. The brand was marketed as an affordable luxury gift, often associated with courtship during its early years. In the 1970s, it gained popularity with the slogan 'Who knows the secret of the Black Magic box?' Over time, Black Magic expanded its product range to include various chocolate flavors such as Almond Crunch, Raspberry Heaven, Dreamy Fudge, Hazelnut Swirl, Orange Sensation, Caramel Heart, Coffee Crescent, Pure Black Magic, and Midnight Truffle. In 1988, Rowntree's was acquired by Nestlé, a Swiss multinational food and beverage company, making Nestlé the current owner of the Black Magic brand. While the chocolates are primarily manufactured in the UK, they are also produced in other locations to meet global demand.
