In 2024, ASP-HOLMBLAD, in collaboration with Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB, introduced the Shea range, the first-ever 100% plant-based candles made from shea stearin, harvested from wild shea trees in Africa. These candles are produced in Portugal and are certified by the Nordic Swan Eco-label, RAL, and ISCC, reflecting the brand's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. The Shea candles are available in two sizes—67x100 mm and 67x150 mm—and are designed to suit various interior styles, adding a touch of elegance to any room. ASP-HOLMBLAD's products are primarily manufactured in Denmark, with some items produced in other locations, such as Portugal for the Shea range. The brand is currently owned by Liljeholmens Stearinfabriks AB, a Swedish company specializing in stearin candle production, known for their dedication to quality and eco-friendly practices.
