In 2020, Hovis was acquired by the UK-based private equity firm Endless LLP from its previous owners, The Gores Group and Premier Foods. Under its current ownership, the brand continues to focus on its British heritage while expanding its product range to include seeded, artisanal, and healthier bread options. The company maintains its headquarters in High Wycombe, England, and serves the domestic UK market as its primary consumer base.
