Sunset Boulevard is the largest Danish-owned fast-food chain, distinguished by its focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a menu that balances traditional fast-food staples like burgers with a variety of gourmet sandwiches and salads.

Originally founded in 1996 by businessman Jeppe Droob in Odense, the brand was inspired by the famous Sunset Strip in Los Angeles but tailored to Scandinavian tastes. Over the decades, it has evolved from a sandwich-centric shop into a comprehensive restaurant chain. The brand is currently owned and operated by KD Selskaberne (Danske Koncept Restauranter A/S), based in Kolding, Denmark. While it primarily operates within Denmark, it also maintains a presence in the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Germany.
