Peter Pan Peanut Butter

Peter Pan is an American brand of peanut butter introduced in 1928 by Swift & Company through its Derby Foods subsidiary, E.K. Pond Company. The brand was named after the J.M. Barrie character, Peter Pan. In 1988, plastic jars were introduced for the product sold in the United States. In 2021, the brand was acquired by Post Holdings, a diversified consumer packaged goods holding company headquartered in the United States. Post Holdings is known for its portfolio of food and beverage brands, including cereals, snacks, and frozen foods. The acquisition of Peter Pan expanded Post Holdings' presence in the peanut butter market, allowing the company to offer a well-established and trusted brand to consumers.
