OBH Nordica is a Nordic company headquartered in Sweden, formed in 2002 through the merger of Joffe Marketing AB from Sweden and Ole Bødtcher-Hansen A/S from Denmark. The company produces a wide range of kitchen appliances, personal care products, and other consumer goods. In 2014, OBH Nordica became a subsidiary of Groupe SEB, a French multinational company specializing in small appliances and cookware, which owns several other brands such as Tefal, Moulinex, and Krups. As a result, OBH Nordica operates under the ownership and management of Groupe SEB, benefiting from its extensive resources and global reach.
