The Bristol Cream is a unique blend of Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez sherries, aged separately using the Solera system, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile. In 2013, the brand was acquired by Emperador Inc., a Philippines-based company specializing in alcoholic beverages. Emperador Inc. is headquartered in the Philippines and has expanded its portfolio to include various spirits and wines. Despite the change in ownership, Harveys Bristol Cream continues to be produced in Jerez, Spain, maintaining its traditional production methods and quality.
