Osborne Sherry Medium is a semi-sweet sherry produced by Bodegas Osborne, a historic winery established in 1772 in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Spain. This sherry is crafted from a blend of Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, resulting in a harmonious balance between the dryness of Oloroso and the sweetness of Pedro Ximénez. The wine undergoes aging in American oak casks through the traditional solera system, imparting complex flavors and a smooth texture. With an alcohol content of 15%, Osborne Sherry Medium offers tasting notes of raisins, dried figs, lightly toasted nuts, and a hint of vanilla on the nose, complemented by flavors of walnut, honey, and gentle spice on the palate. It is recommended to serve slightly chilled (10–12°C) and pairs well with blue cheese, pâté, roasted nuts, dried figs, caramel or nut-based desserts, and light game or stews. Bodegas Osborne continues to uphold its legacy of quality winemaking, offering a range of wines known for their balance, finesse, and respect for traditional methods.
