Easybrain mobile games

Easybrain is a mobile game developer specializing in puzzle and logic games, founded in 2016. Originally based in Belarus, the company relocated its headquarters to Limassol, Cyprus, in 2021. Its portfolio includes popular titles like Sudoku.com, Nonogram.com, Blockudoku, and Pixel Art. In February 2021, Easybrain was acquired by Embracer Group for $640 million, with the founders becoming significant shareholders. In November 2024, Embracer Group agreed to sell Easybrain to Miniclip for $1.2 billion, a transaction expected to close in early 2025. This acquisition aligns with Miniclip's strategy to expand its presence in the ad-driven mobile game industry.
