Ölkorv is a traditional Swedish snack sausage whose name literally means "beer sausage" (öl = beer, korv = sausage). It is a thin, typically smoked and well-spiced dried or semi-dried sausage produced and eaten as a snack alongside beer. The term is a Swedish calque of the German word for similar products and was first attested in the early 20th century.

As a product category rather than a single branded product, ölkorv is made by many regional and national charcuterie producers across Sweden and sold both as locally produced artisan items and as mass-produced variants. While Sweden is the primary country associated with the product and many producers manufacture ölkorv there, similar beer sausages are produced throughout the Nordic region and elsewhere in Europe, so production can be found in multiple countries.

Because ölkorv describes a product type and not a proprietary brand, there is no single company of origin or ultimate owner. Individual brands and producers (from small smokehouses to larger meat companies) market their own ölkorv products; ownership and manufacturing location will therefore vary by brand and package. When identifying a specific ölkorv product, check the package label for the producer name, place of manufacture, and any origin certifications.
