Parker Quink is a long-established fountain-pen ink brand developed by the Parker Pen Company (United States) and introduced in 1931. The product in the photo is a 5-pack of Quink proprietary ink cartridges branded by Parker, typically sold for use in Parker fountain pens and compatible cartridge-filling models.
Historically Quink bottles and cartridges were produced in Parker facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom. Since the 2000s Parker consolidated production for many ink products in France (Saint-Herblain / Nantes region) and modern Parker Quink inks and cartridges are principally manufactured or bottled in France. In some regional editions and since the 2010s some Quink inks have been bottled or finished in other locations (China for specific Asian-market runs, and local manufacturing/packaging partners for selected markets). Therefore production is primarily in France, but bottling/packaging has occurred in other countries depending on region and period.
Quink is a Parker brand (originally Parker Pen Company). The Parker brand itself was acquired through corporate transactions (Gillette ownership in the 1990s and the writing-instruments division sale) and since 2000 has been part of Newell's stationery group. Today Parker is managed by Newell Brands (through its writing-instruments division often referred to as Newell Custom Writing Instruments / Sanford). Newell Brands is an American conglomerate headquartered in the United States and is the ultimate owner of the Parker and Quink trademarks.
The product pictured is a small, sealed 5-cartridge pack of Parker Quink ink (often labelled with multiple languages — e.g., "5 Cartuchos de Tinta"). Cartridges are proprietary Parker-style cartridges intended for Parker fountain pens; modern retail listings and specialist dealers commonly list the country of origin for Quink ink as France. If you need manufacturer or lot-specific proof (for import, compliance, or provenance), check the underside of the actual box for "Made in ..." text or contact the retailer/manufacturer with the product batch code.
