Hatting was founded in 1947 in the village of Hatting, Denmark, and grew from a local bakery into a well-known Scandinavian bakery brand. The packaging in the photo shows the familiar HATTING logo used on their bagged bread and roll products.
Hatting products are produced and distributed across multiple Unibake bakeries in the Nordics and Europe. While many Hatting items are produced in Denmark, production also occurs in other nearby bakeries (including sites within the Lantmännen Unibake network in Sweden and Germany), so manufacturing is primarily Danish but not exclusive to Denmark.
Hatting Bageri A/S is the original company behind the Hatting brand. Today Hatting is part of the Lantmännen Unibake business unit, which itself is part of the larger Lantmännen cooperative (a Swedish farmer-owned group). Lantmännen Unibake handles commercial operations and international distribution for the Hatting brand, while Lantmännen is the ultimate owner headquartered in Sweden.
The photographed item appears to be a retail bag of rolls or bake-off bread from the Hatting range; no barcode or variant name is visible in the image, so the identification is at the brand and product-category level.
