Marabou Paradis chocolate box

Marabou Paradis is a classic Swedish chocolate assortment box consisting of milk, white, and dark chocolate pralines. It was launched in 1957 as a sibling to the legendary Aladdin box, specifically focusing on pralines without dark chocolate coatings (though the modern mix includes various types).

The Marabou brand was founded in Sweden in 1916 by the Norwegian chocolatier Johan Throne Holst, who had previously found success with Freia in Norway. Today, the brand's primary manufacturing facility remains in Upplands Väsby, Sweden.

Starting in 2026 and beyond, the brand continues to be part of the global confectionery giant Mondelez International. Mondelez acquired the brand through its acquisition of Kraft Foods, which had previously merged with the Norwegian company Freia Marabou in 1993.
