The Klorin brand has its origins in Norway via Lilleborg. In June 2024 Lilleborg AS (the owner/producer of several Norwegian cleaning brands) was acquired by Solenis. As a result, ownership of Lilleborg’s cleaning-product portfolio, including Klorin, moved to Solenis, a U.S.-headquartered specialty-chemicals company.
