The wine is a blend of 60% Carignan and 40% Syrah grapes, sourced from vineyards planted in red clay soils. It undergoes fermentation with wild yeasts and is aged for 13 months in a combination of second-pass French and American oak barrels, followed by extensive bottle aging before release.
