Hvem er hvem? is a Norwegian biographical reference work that presents facts about notable individuals from Norway. The first edition was published in 1912, and the 14th edition was released in 1994. The 2008 edition, edited by Knut Olav Åmås, featured 1,000 selected individuals, with approximately one-third of the articles being longer, signed biographies, while the rest were in a shorter, more encyclopedic format. The book is primarily produced in Norway, but editions have also been published in other countries. The publisher, Kunnskapsforlaget AS, is a Norwegian company specializing in educational and reference materials, including encyclopedias and biographical dictionaries.
