Johma Salade

Johma is a Dutch brand specializing in the production of chilled fresh salads, spreads, and related food products. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Losser, Netherlands, Johma has undergone several ownership changes over the years. In 2009, it was acquired by Gilde Equity Management from Uniq. In 2012, AAC Capital Partners purchased Johma from Gilde Equity Management. Subsequently, in 2015, IK Partners acquired Johma, aiming to expand its presence beyond the Benelux region. As of 2026, IK Partners remains the ultimate owner of Johma, continuing to oversee its operations in the food manufacturing industry.
