Venz hagelslag

Venz is an iconic Dutch brand established in 1890 in Amsterdam by 'de Vries EN Zonen' (The de Vries and Sons). It is most famous for its 'hagelslag' (chocolate sprinkles) and chocolate flakes, which are a staple of the Dutch breakfast culture. Over the decades, Venz has transitioned from a family-run company into the hands of major international food conglomerates.

Currently, Venz is owned by The Kraft Heinz Company. Despite its global ownership, the production of Venz remains rooted in its country of origin. The majority of Venz products are manufactured at the Kraft Heinz factory in Utrecht, Netherlands. This facility also produces other traditional Dutch breakfast brands like De Ruijter, ensuring that the authentic taste and local heritage of these products are preserved for both the domestic market and international exports.
