Skechers is an American multinational footwear and apparel company founded in 1992 by Robert Greenberg, headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California. In May 2025, Skechers was acquired by 3G Capital, a Brazilian-American private equity firm, for approximately $9 billion, marking a significant milestone in the company's history.
