Duc de Foix Cava Semi Seco is a sparkling wine produced by Covides, a Spanish wine cooperative established in 1963. The cava is crafted using the traditional method with a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes, resulting in a pale yellow color with persistent bubbles. It offers a pleasant aroma of flowers and honey, accompanied by a fresh and full-bodied taste with a long, pleasant aftertaste. This cava is ideal as an aperitif or paired with mild cheeses, grilled fish, desserts, and nuts. It is produced in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, a region renowned for its cava production in Spain. The product is available in Denmark through various retailers, including JWare, which offers it in a 75 cl bottle with an alcohol content of 11.5%.
