Roku Gin is a Japanese craft gin produced by Suntory, a renowned Japanese brewing and distilling company. The name 'Roku' translates to 'six' in Japanese, referring to the six unique Japanese botanicals used in its creation: sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, and sanshō pepper. These botanicals are harvested at their peak seasons to ensure optimal flavor. In addition to these, eight traditional gin botanicals are incorporated, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica seed and root, cinnamon, cardamom, bitter orange, and lemon peel.
