Moeve

Moeve, formerly known as Cepsa, is a Spanish multinational integrated energy and petroleum company headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Established in 1929, it operates across the entire oil value chain, including exploration, production, refining, distribution, and marketing of petroleum products. The company also has a significant chemicals division, manufacturing and selling feedstock for various industries. In October 2024, Cepsa rebranded to Moeve to reflect its strategic shift towards sustainable energy and mobility solutions. The company is primarily owned by Mubadala Investment Company (61.36%) and The Carlyle Group (38.41%).
