SKYN is a globally recognized brand specializing in non-latex sexual wellness products, most famous for pioneering the use of polyisoprene—a synthetic material that mimics the feel of natural skin. Originally launched in 2008 by the Australian protection company Ansell, the brand was part of Ansell's Sexual Wellness division until 2017. During that year, the division was sold to a consortium including Humanwell Healthcare and CITIC Capital, forming the independent company LifeStyles Healthcare.

In December 2022, a major ownership transition occurred when the Chicago-based private equity firm Linden Capital Partners acquired LifeStyles Healthcare. As of 2026, SKYN continues to operate under this ownership, maintaining its position as the world's leading non-latex condom brand. While the brand has global headquarters in Singapore and significant corporate presence in the United States and Australia, its manufacturing is centered in specialized facilities in Thailand and India. These factories are dedicated to non-latex production to ensure zero cross-contamination for users with latex allergies.
