Payback loyalty program

Payback is a multi-brand loyalty program that originated in Germany in 2000, offering customers the opportunity to earn points across various partner brands. The program has expanded to multiple countries, including Poland, Italy, Austria, and several others. In India, the program was rebranded as Zillion in May 2023. Payback GmbH, the company behind the program, is a subsidiary of Loyalty Partner GmbH, which was acquired by American Express Company in 2011. As of 2025, American Express continues to own the Payback brand, with the program operating in multiple countries worldwide.
