In February 2025, Löfbergs Lila AB fully acquired Peter Larsen Kaffe, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The company continues to operate from its headquarters in Viborg, Denmark, under the ownership of Löfbergs Lila AB, which is headquartered in Karlstad, Sweden. The brand is known for its commitment to sustainability and quality, sourcing coffee from small cooperatives worldwide and offering products that cater to various consumer preferences.
