Cuétara Napolitanas are iconic cinnamon-flavored biscuits deeply rooted in Spanish breakfast and snack traditions. Originally founded in 1935 by Juan Gómez Cuétara in Mexico and later established in Spain in 1946, the brand has become a staple of the Iberian market. The Napolitanas variety is particularly famous for its thin, crunchy texture and granulated sugar coating with a touch of cinnamon.
Throughout its history, Cuétara has undergone several ownership changes. After being part of the SOS Group (later Deoleo), the brand was acquired by Adam Foods in 2015. Today, the production predominantly takes place in Villarejo de Salvanés, Madrid, ensuring its status as a local Spanish product despite its international brand recognition.
