Voll-Damm is a Märzenbier-style beer produced by S.A. Damm, a brewery based in Barcelona, Spain. First brewed in 1953, it was initially a seasonal beer produced between October and April. Due to its popularity, production was extended year-round in 1955. The name 'Voll-Damm' combines the German word 'Voll,' meaning 'full' or 'complete,' reflecting the beer's robust and full-bodied flavor. The recipe includes a double quantity of malt, resulting in a beer with intensified flavor and body. Voll-Damm is brewed with 100% natural ingredients, including water, barley malt, rice, corn, hops, and yeast. The beer has an alcohol content of 7.2% by volume and is characterized by its oak color with orange hues, dense and bright appearance, and a toasted aroma. The taste is full-bodied and creamy, with a refreshing bitterness from the hops. S.A. Damm continues to produce Voll-Damm, maintaining its original recipe and quality standards.
