Gaffel Kölsch is a top-fermented beer specialty originating from Cologne (Köln), Germany. The beer is brewed according to the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) and adheres to the strict Kölsch Convention of 1986, which dictates that only breweries in and around Cologne can produce beer under this name.

The brand has a long history, founded specifically by the Becker family in 1908 on the site of a much older brewery on the Eigelstein. To this day, the Privatbrauerei Gaffel Becker & Co. remains an independent, family-owned enterprise. The manufacturing is centralized in their modern facility in Cologne-Gremberghoven, ensuring the regional authenticity of this iconic German ale.
