Nothing Technology Limited, founded in 2020 by Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, is a London-based consumer electronics company known for its design-focused approach. In 2023, Nothing secured a $96 million financing round led by Highland Europe, and in September 2025, it raised $200 million in a Series C funding round, valuing the company at $1.3 billion. These investments aim to support the development of AI-native devices and an AI-native operating system expected to debut in 2026.
