Mirabell Mozartkugeln are a renowned Austrian confectionery consisting of a marzipan center, surrounded by layers of light and dark chocolate praline cream, and coated in rich dark chocolate. The original recipe was created in 1890 by Salzburg confectioner Paul Fürst, who named the treat after composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
