Yarden 2T

Yarden 2T is a red wine produced by Golan Heights Winery, located in the Golan Heights region of Israel. This wine is a blend of two renowned Portuguese grape varieties, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Cao, sourced from the Yonatan Springs and Geshur vineyards. The grapes are grown at elevations of 700 meters and 400 meters, respectively, contributing to the wine's complexity and depth. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, Yarden 2T offers a captivating aroma of red and black fruits, with notes of rosewater, violets, aniseed, mulberry, and spice. The wine is characterized by its full body and lingering flavor, making it suitable for pairing with hearty dishes such as chunky beef pie, Middle Eastern lamb stew, or wine-braised duck legs with a wild berry sauce.
