Innocent is a UK-based brand known for its range of fruit juices and smoothies. The company was founded in 1998 by three Cambridge University graduates: Richard Reed, Adam Balon, and Jon Wright. They began by selling smoothies at a London music festival, and the positive response led them to establish Innocent Drinks Ltd. Over the years, Innocent expanded its product line to include various fruit juices, smoothies, and other beverages. In 2009, The Coca-Cola Company acquired a 10–20% stake in Innocent, increasing it to 58% in 2010, and eventually to over 90% in 2013, making Innocent a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. The Orange & Carrot juice is one of Innocent's offerings, combining orange juice (74%), apple juice (16%), carrot juice (10%), lemon juice, and antioxidant ascorbic acid. The product is manufactured in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom and other locations, to meet global demand. The Coca-Cola Company, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a leading global beverage corporation, and Innocent operates as a subsidiary under its ownership.
