Trina is a Spanish brand of non-carbonated fruit juice drinks, first introduced in 1934 by Dr. Trigo in Valencia, Spain. The brand was originally named Trinaranjus, reflecting its content of three types of oranges: Naranja Valencia, Salustiana, and Cadenera. In 1935, the brand's formula and name were acquired by Léon Beton, leading to the creation of Orangina in France. Over the years, Trina expanded its product line to include various fruit flavors such as lemon, apple, and tropical. In 1986, the brand underwent a rebranding, adopting the name 'TriNa' and introducing new flavors. In 2009, the Japanese company Suntory Holdings Limited acquired Orangina Schweppes, which included the TriNa brand. Today, TriNa is marketed in Spain and Portugal, offering a range of non-carbonated fruit drinks made from natural juices without added sugars or preservatives. The brand is known for its commitment to using 100% natural ingredients and providing a source of vitamin C in its products.
