Thise Lighthouse Cheese Wedge

Thise Mejeri, established in Denmark, is renowned for its organic dairy products. The Lighthouse Cheese Wedge is one of their offerings, produced and matured near Bovbjerg Lighthouse along the North Sea coast. This cheese is made from pasteurized organic cow milk, salt, fermentation culture, and microbial rennet. The rind is not edible. Thise Mejeri operates as a cooperative, with ownership shared among its members, and continues to produce a variety of organic dairy products in Denmark.
