Cerveza Victoria is a Vienna-style lager beer brewed in Mexico since 1865, making it the country's oldest beer brand. It is characterized by its amber color, smooth, frothy, light-to-medium body, and flavors of toasted malt, tangy apple butter, and star fruit. The slight malt sweetness is balanced by a crisp finish, making it a popular choice to pair with grilled meats, vegetables, mild cheeses, nuts, and Mexican cuisine. The brand was founded by Agustin Marendaz in Toluca, Mexico, in 1865. In 2008, Anheuser-Busch InBev, a multinational beverage and brewing company headquartered in Belgium, acquired the brand. Anheuser-Busch InBev is the world's largest beer company, owning a diverse portfolio of over 500 beer brands, including Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois. Victoria is available in various packaging sizes, including 330 ml, 355 ml, 473 ml, and 710 ml cans, as well as 210 ml and 355 ml bottles. The beer has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 4.0% and is recognized for its quality, having received multiple gold awards from Monde Selection in 2023 and 2025.
