SolidOx Pellets

SolidOx was a brand of welding equipment and oxygen-generating pellets produced by Cleanweld Products, a company based in the United States. The brand was established in 1965, with the trademark registered in 1968. SolidOx Pellets, made from sodium chlorate, were used to produce oxygen for welding applications. Production of SolidOx products continued until at least 1983. In 1984, Cleanweld Products, including the SolidOx product line, was acquired by Cooper Industries, a multinational corporation headquartered in the United States. The SolidOx brand is no longer in production.
