Fyndiq is a Swedish e-commerce platform founded in 2010 by Dinesh Nayar, Fredrik Norberg, Micael Widell, David Brudö, and Dan Nilsson. The platform connects retailers with bargain-seeking consumers, offering a wide range of products across various categories. In February 2023, Fyndiq was acquired by CDON AB for SEK 735 million, becoming a subsidiary of CDON AB. CDON AB is a Swedish e-commerce company that operates an online department store offering products such as electronics, books, media, and clothing. The acquisition aimed to strengthen CDON's position in the Nordic e-commerce market by integrating Fyndiq's extensive marketplace capabilities. As of 2025, Fyndiq continues to operate under the CDON AB umbrella, serving customers primarily in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
