In June 2023, Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company (CMBC), a subsidiary of Carlsberg Group, acquired the UK rights for Kronenbourg 1664 from Heineken UK, consolidating global ownership under Carlsberg. CMBC is responsible for producing and distributing the beer in the UK, while Carlsberg Group oversees its global operations. The beer is brewed in multiple countries, including France, the UK, and Australia, ensuring its availability across various markets.
