Magnifique Cuvée is a red wine produced by Sidi Salem Winery in Tunisia. The 2019 vintage is a 100% Syrah wine, characterized by a deep ruby red color and aromas of ripe plums and spices. It offers a rich and complex profile with a savory finish, making it an excellent choice to pair with grilled meats and fatty cheeses. The wine undergoes hand-harvested grape selection, destemming, crushing, cold maceration, and fermentation over six days to extract the finest tannins. It is then aged in barrels for 12 months, contributing to its depth and complexity. Sidi Salem Winery is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of Tunisia, focusing on quality and authenticity in their winemaking process.
