Singoalla Original is a classic Swedish biscuit introduced in 1964 by Göteborgs Kex, a company based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The biscuit features a delicate balance between tartness and sweetness, combining a crisp shortcrust pastry with a fruity raspberry filling and a vanilla-flavored cream. Over the years, Singoalla has expanded its flavor offerings to include Blueberry, Strawberry & Rhubarb, and Mango Passion. The biscuits are vegan and made without palm oil, catering to a wide range of dietary preferences. In 2001, Göteborgs Kex was acquired by Lantmännen Cerealia AB, a Swedish food company specializing in cereals and bakery products. Lantmännen Cerealia AB is part of the Lantmännen Group, a leading agricultural cooperative in Sweden. The Singoalla biscuits are primarily produced in Sweden, but manufacturing may also occur in other locations to meet demand.
