Jolly Cola is an iconic Danish cola brand that holds a significant place in Denmark's soft drink history. Launched in 1959 by Dansk Coladrik, it was created as a domestic challenge to the rising global dominance of American soft drink giants like Coca-Cola. For many years, it was the most popular cola in Denmark, commanding nearly two-thirds of the market share during its peak in the 1960s.

The brand has undergone several changes in ownership and distribution over the decades. Today, the rights to the Jolly brand are owned by Brewery Group Denmark (now known as Royal Unibrew), and it is bottled and distributed primarily by Bryggeriet Vestfyen. Despite the intense competition from international brands, Jolly Cola remains a cult favorite in Denmark, maintained by nostalgic appeal and its distinct, classic cola flavor profile.
